About the role

Guide prospective students and their families through the MBBS Vietnam admission process — from initial enquiry to university placement.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents
• Explain program details, fee structures, and university options
• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate with the documents team for application submissions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
• Prior experience in education counselling is a plus
• Empathetic, patient, and target-driven
