Own Aieraa's social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — growing our audience of aspiring medical students and their families.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across platforms
• Create engaging reels, carousels, and story content
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise for reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the video editor on multimedia content
• Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of social media management experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms
• Copywriting skills in English; Tamil a plus
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
